St Mary’s is the Parish Church of Lytchett Matravers and is part of the Lytchetts and Upton benefice.
It is situated outside of the village on the road to Morden. There are at least two services every Sunday and can assure you of a warm welcome should you like to join us, there is tea, coffee and biscuits after the 10:15 service! The church runs a small Sunday School and a crèche at the 10:15 service. There are various house groups, prayer meetings etc during the week.

Change of Service Times
In preparation for the introduction of the additional Sunday morning ‘informal’ service the time of services is changing from 20th November.
The new times will be:
Holy Communion BCP 8:00am
Main service 9:30am

On the 5th February we will be launching an informal and contemporary worship service, meeting at the Village Hall. It aims to be welcoming and friendly, Jesus centred, community based, relaxed, proyerful and spirit filled. The service itself will aim to be approachable, challenging, simulating and interactive.
This additional service to our worship at St Mary’s is an opportunity for us as a Church to reach our community in new way.
